Common reasons people visit a chiropractor.

Taping that supports the joint while you keep moving.
Functional rehabilitation is the core of what we do. Kinesiology taping is one of the tools we use alongside it, applied to support a joint or soft tissue while you continue working through your rehabilitation rather than resting and waiting.
Application is specific to what your assessment shows. The same roll of tape can be applied several different ways depending on whether the goal is support, feedback, or comfort during a particular movement.
Owner: replace these with photographs of your own taping work when you have them.

Support without locking you up
Unlike rigid strapping, elastic tape can provide support while still allowing the joint to move through its range, so you can keep training the movement rather than immobilising it.
Sensory feedback
Tape stimulates receptors in the skin around the joint. Research suggests this added feedback can improve joint position awareness, which is part of how you control a joint under load.
Short-term symptom relief
Evidence most consistently supports short-term changes in comfort and function, which can make it easier to do the rehab work that produces the lasting change.
An adjunct, not the treatment
Taping is used alongside functional rehabilitation, corrective exercise, and chiropractic care. It supports the plan; it is not a substitute for it.
What taping does and does not do
Taping is one part of our rehabilitation approach.
Could your body be telling you it’s time for a reset?
Many people don’t necessarily feel sick, but they also don’t feel their best.
Years of processed foods, stress, poor sleep, inadequate hydration, sedentary habits, environmental exposures, nutritional deficiencies, alcohol, and other lifestyle factors can place additional stress on the body’s normal systems of recovery, elimination, energy production, and repair.
Our 12 Weeks to Wellness program was created to support the body from multiple directions by combining chiropractic care, functional rehabilitation, nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle changes, wellness education, and support for the body’s natural detoxification pathways.
Brain Fog & Poor Mental Clarity
- Brain fog
- Difficulty concentrating
- Mental sluggishness
- Reduced focus
- Feeling mentally cloudy
- Occasional memory concerns
The program emphasises nutrition, hydration, sleep, movement, antioxidant support, and gut-brain wellness, with nutritional support designed to support healthy brain and nervous-system function.
Fatigue & Low Energy
- Persistent tiredness
- Low energy
- Feeling sluggish
- Waking up unrefreshed
- Poor recovery
- Reduced stamina
Designed to support healthy nutrition, mitochondrial function, cellular energy production, sleep, hydration, movement, and the lifestyle factors associated with healthy energy levels.
Headaches
- Occasional headaches
- Tension associated with stress
- Neck and postural tension
- Lifestyle-related headache triggers
Because this program includes chiropractic care and functional rehabilitation, your musculoskeletal system, posture, and neck mobility can be evaluated alongside hydration, sleep, stress, and nutrition as part of a comprehensive wellness approach.
Feeling "Off" or Lightheaded
- Occasional lightheadedness
- A sense of imbalance
- Simply not feeling normal
The program supports overall health through nutrition, hydration, sleep, and movement rather than addressing these sensations as a medical condition.
Persistent, severe, sudden, or unexplained dizziness requires appropriate medical evaluation. Please see a physician rather than waiting to discuss it as a wellness concern.
Muscle & Joint Discomfort
- Muscle aches
- Joint stiffness
- Reduced mobility
- Feeling stiff
- Poor recovery after activity
- Musculoskeletal discomfort
This is where the program is most comprehensive. Chiropractic care and functional rehabilitation address the structural and movement side, while nutrition, hydration, sleep, supplementation, and wellness habits support recovery from within.
We don’t just look at where you hurt. We look at how you move, recover, eat, sleep, and live.
Digestive & Gut Health Concerns
- Bloating
- Irregular digestion
- Occasional digestive discomfort
- Poor eating habits
- Processed-food-heavy diets
- General gut-health concerns
Nutrition education, cleaner whole-food choices, hydration, food exchanges, recipes, and nutritional support where appropriate are built into the program alongside lifestyle change.
Diagnosed gastrointestinal conditions should remain under the care of an appropriate medical provider. This program is not a treatment for them.
Poor Sleep
- Trouble falling asleep
- Poor-quality sleep
- Waking up tired
- Inconsistent sleep schedules
- Difficulty recovering overnight
Healthy sleep matters for recovery, brain function, hormonal balance, energy, stress resilience, healthy glymphatic function, and natural cellular repair.
Your body does some of its most important repair work while you sleep.
Stress & Feeling Overwhelmed
- Feeling stressed
- Feeling overwhelmed
- Difficulty relaxing
- Poor stress resilience
- Lifestyle-related tension
- Nervous-system stress
Movement, breathing, sleep, exercise, nutrition, reduced stimulant intake, healthy routines, and wellness education can support a healthier response to everyday stress.
Mood Changes
- Irritability
- Feeling emotionally drained
- Low motivation
- Mood fluctuations
- Feeling mentally worn down
The program supports the lifestyle foundations that contribute to overall physical and emotional wellness: sleep, nutrition, movement, routine, and stress management.
Persistent low mood, severe mood changes, or thoughts of self-harm require evaluation and care from an appropriate licensed medical or mental-health professional. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.
Everyday Exposure Concerns
- Processed foods
- Alcohol and tobacco
- Household products
- Pesticides
- Air quality
- Occupational exposures
- Plastics
Our approach here is education, not fear. The goal is reasonable ways to reduce unnecessary exposures while supporting nutrition, hydration, normal liver and kidney function, gut health, healthy elimination, and the body’s natural detoxification pathways.
We do not suggest that every symptom is caused by toxins. Many symptoms have other explanations that deserve proper medical evaluation.
Hormonal Wellness
- Energy fluctuations
- Sleep changes
- Stress-related changes
- Difficulty maintaining healthy routines
- Age-related wellness concerns
Nutrition, sleep, exercise, healthy body composition, stress management, and adequate nutrients are important lifestyle foundations that support normal hormonal function.
This program does not treat hormonal disorders. Diagnosed endocrine conditions belong with an appropriate medical provider.
Doing Everything Right But Still Struggling With Your Weight?
- Nutrition and food quality
- Activity and muscle mass
- Sleep and stress
- Eating habits and consistency
- Metabolic and hormonal health
Healthy weight management is influenced by many factors at once. The program teaches you how to improve the lifestyle environment that supports healthy body composition, rather than chasing a number.
We do not promise weight loss, and detoxification does not automatically cause weight loss. Results vary by individual.
Cardiovascular Wellness
- Healthy nutrition
- Regular exercise
- Maintaining a healthy body weight
- Adequate sleep
- Stress management
- Reducing unhealthy lifestyle habits
These are important components of cardiovascular wellness. Our wellness program may complement appropriate medical care by helping you improve the lifestyle factors associated with overall cardiovascular health.
This program does not treat high or low blood pressure or cardiovascular disease. Anyone with diagnosed blood pressure or cardiovascular conditions, unexplained dizziness, or chest pain should remain under appropriate medical care. Chest pain is a medical emergency — call 911.
Symptoms are signals. Look at the bigger picture.
Our goal isn’t to convince you that every symptom comes from toxins. Our goal is to ask a better question.
What aspects of your health and lifestyle could be improved over your 12 weeks?
Instead of addressing one concern in isolation, the program looks at several foundations of health together.
